PSA before we get back to Adin: Fun fact about Millenials Kill, I actually intentionally put the word Kill into the title, because I hate algorithms that restrict what people can talk about. Gone are the days human beings moderated the forums so that people don’t behave like shit. Now it’s just algorithms that think word “kill” is always a bad thing, so you can’t even talk about suicide prevention.
I don’t want this comic to be marketable. I hate how platforms like Instagram, Webtoon, Tapas, Twitter, Tiktok, etc. change what kind of art we make. “Is my comic marketable enough? Is my comic too violent? Will I be shadowbanned if I draw blood?” That’s all bullshit. I have made two Webtoon originals series, Immortal Nerd and Life Outside the Circle, and I loved the work, but I don’t love what this internet that’s all big platforms is doing to comics and art in general.
I want this comic to be so niche that only I will like it. If you like it, you’re probably quite similar to me. No spoilers but this is a very good chapter and also Adin finally gets to see the mafia people! So you should be thrilled to see this chapter (if you were me).
So, if a ritualistic murder happens in a town where there is a Satanist Temple, who else can you blame, right!? But what is Cecil doing in there? How very suspicious behavior! Good thing Adin is always such a professional journalist that he followed a lead given by a random priest who had a hunch that maybe satanists are evil or something…
Ps. If you like this comic, my Patreon backers are already at chapter 11. You’re in chapter 6. Sucks to be you! Maybe you should just pay me $3/month to read all the chapters I’ve actually drawn?
