Millenials Kill, chapter 3

Making queer humor comics has always been the best way for me to relax! So after being very stressed out by university entrance exams, I spent a week only drawing this queer humor comic! I drew 4 full chapters of Millenials Kill that week.

If you accidentally got on this chapter before the first ones, just click yourself to the beginning from below!

Queer Humor Comic: Millenials Kill logo. A gun and red text. Comic by H-P Lehkonen, hplehkonen.com, @hplehkonen
Queer Humor Comic: Adin is approaching the Breamburg Times building. It's the building no 12 on the road. It has some fancy columns, but it's clearly a modern build just trying to look old. Adin huffs: "I'm super late from work!! I hope my boss Fawke won't be too mad."
Queer Humor Comic: Adin barges into the room all sweaty and breathing heavily. He huffs "S-sorry I was late!" Krystal, Adin's best friend from the beginning of the previous chapter, turns around. She's a while blonde woman, wearing pussy earrings and a black tank top showing a lot of clevage. "Wow Adin! You're so late! You left the house way before me!!" She exclaims, sitting in front of a drawing board holding an inking pen.
Adin looks at her looking shocked. "Krystal!? You work here too? Why didn't you tell me? We could have shared a ride!"
Krystal just smiles "I'm sorry Adin. I forgot I was the illustrator of Breamburg times!"
A black woman with shoulder length dreads and cat ears is looking at Krystal with a dreamy expression "Sigh... classic Krystal" She says. She's sitting by a work table with some papers and a yellow highlighter. Another older woman seems to be bringing her more papers. She's the same lady from the first chapter. She says: "I'm Sophie, you're new here, right? Let me introduce the rest of the staff to you! I work in the anime news department myself!"
Now we see the cat eared lady better, she takes a cute cat like pose. She's also wearing a Sasuke-necklace. Sophie continues: "This is Neko, she's the head of the anime news department." Neko just says "Nyah!"
Next we see a very cool looking boy. He looks like he could be from a k-pop band. His hair is pink and he's dressed casually but stylish. He says "'sup?" Sophie explains: Here's Kevin. He's our anime columnist."
Next we see a tough looking white woman. She's wearing an agent like earpiece and sunglasses. She has a black tank top, she's quite muscular and her hair is short and black. Sophie says "This is Justice, she's in charge of the foreign anime news."
Next we see Krystal again, she's holding a clumsily drawn anime girl with a knife drawing. Sophie says "Your friend Krystal is our in house illustrator."
Last there's a small emo looking person behind a work table typing away on their computer. They have several coffe mugs, piles and piles of paper and a ringing phone. They are black and they have a cool emo sidecut hair that's quite curly. They have dark circles under their eyes and they're wearing a shirt that says Dead Line. Sophie says: And here's Ryley, they do the rest of the news and stuff!"
Suddenly a shadowy figure appears behind Sophie. Sophie just keeps talking happily "And then there's Fawke..." The shadow turns out to be Fawke. He yells out "Adin!! You're late!? On your first day!? Explain!!"
Fawke looks very angry, in fact, so angry that he's been drawn with a different, more jagged brush!!
Adin looks scared. He sweats even more and starts shaking. "Umm, well... I- I wasn't actually late! I was investigating a kidnapping case! Boy do I love investigating crimes first thing in the morning!" He says sheepishly.
Fawke changes his tone completely. Now he's drawn normally again. He seems to be wearing a beautiful bespoke suit with a green hankerchief in his pocket. Fawke is the editor in chief of Breamburg times Adin spoke to in the first chapter. He says "Oh wonderful! I knew hiring you was the right decision" I expect you to deliver me a story about this kidnapping case by tomorrow morning!"
Adin looks scared. "Tomorrow morning? Sure thing boss! Let me just get my computer from my bag-" Adin stops mid sentence. "Oh shit. My bag! I get the kidnappers have it!" He thinks to himself.
Adin feels defeated and he basically drags himself to his table saying "I just remembered I love writing by hand haha!"
Adin sits on his desk with pen and paper. Besides him there's three folders left by someone else why was working here before him. The folders are titled crimes, not crimes and maybe crimes. Adin starts thinking: "Kidnapping... What were their names again? Ken was the one in the suit... Derek? Wasn't that the guy with the cool tattoo? And what about Cecil? What if one of them is the real sigma Wolf...?" Adin writes his thoughts on the paper in front of him. The paper now says "Cecil = Sigma wolf?"
Krystal comes up to Adins table and peeks over his shoulder. "Oh! Thinking about Sigma Wolf, are you?" She asks. "That Robert Walker sure is a nice guy!" She continues before leaving. Adin adds something else on the paper thinking "Robert Walker? The mystery just keeps getting deeper." Now the paper says "Robert Walker = Cecil = Sigma Wolf?"
The night has come, Adin leaves work. As he walks home past the Sun-Clean drycleaners he mumbles to himself "Sigh, what a night... Can't wait to get home to get some sleep..."
Adin opens the door to his and Krystal's apartment with his keys. Suddenly he sees something that shocks him. There's a man in his livingroom!
Cecil sits on the floor in front of the couch. He's holding his right side that seems to be bleeding through his shirt. His shirt that doesn't have sleeves anymore? Did he just fight so hard the sleeves fell off? His forehead is also bleeding a bit and he's full of smaller bruises. "I'm sorry Adin. I had nowhere else to go..." He says.

Just a reminder once again, if you like the comic you can supprt it by backing me on Patreon. For $6/month you get the early access tier where you can read Millenials Kill chapters before anyone else. If you get that, you also get the $3/month tier where people get my comic essays. Those aren’t like this queer humor comic even if I also incorporate some jokes in them. They’re more serious info comics on climate related issues. And if you really want to get every comic I ever make, there’s the $10/month tier where you get to read my diary comic about things that happen in my life!

Also, I have a couple of comics on itch.io! I’m selling them as ebooks over there! Here’s a link to my itch.io store too!

Krystal’s theme song:

This song fits Krystal, because it’s something she would absolutely listen to! And she loves animals.
